Every personal branding service we offer.
A personal brand built across four pillars (press, social, your own website and the profiles people read first). Below: the four pillars in summary, then every core engagement and specialist service that sits beneath them.
Pick the pillar that solves your problem.
Most start with one pillar that’s clearly weakest, then layer in the others as the brand begins to compound.
Press & news
Bylines, podcast appearances, citations and quoted commentary in the outlets that confer authority on a name.
Build credibility →Social media
A LinkedIn that converts, a steady cadence of posts, and a content engine you don’t have to run yourself.
Convert the visit →Personal website
A bespoke site that owns your name in search and gives serious enquirers somewhere considered to land.
Own your name →Professional Profiles
The bios, FAQs, structured profiles and reference pages that pre-answer everything a buyer or hirer wants to know.
Educate the room →The four core ways we work.
If you’d rather buy an outcome than a single pillar, these are the engagements most people start with, often combined.
Every surface of your reputation.
Standalone services that solve a specific reputation problem, or layer into a wider programme.
Programmes built for specific audiences.
The same craft, shaped to the dynamics of the role: executives, CEOs, founders, coaches, consultants and speakers.
About working together.
Pick the pillar that’s clearly weakest. For most, that’s either social media (a LinkedIn rebuild) or press & news (a first piece of placed thought leadership). If you’d rather buy a coordinated outcome than a single pillar, the Personal Brand Strategy or Comprehensive Approach engagements wrap several pillars together.
Yes. The Comprehensive Approach is exactly that: a single retainer combining Profiles, Thought Leadership and Media Presence, with specialist services layered in as needed.
Most are. LinkedIn Optimisation, Executive Bio Writing, Wikipedia Page Creation, Press Release and News Distribution and Personal Website Design are commonly delivered as standalone projects. Executive Ghostwriting and Thought Leadership work best as retainers.
Every engagement is scoped to your goals and starting point, and quoted after an initial conversation. There are no fixed packages to squeeze into.
Yes. We’re UK-based with senior contributors in the US and EMEA. We can work with clients across the UK, US and Europe.
The first step is a confidential discovery call. We’ll discuss your goals, current footprint, and the right starting point. No pitch deck.
Visibility starts to shift early on. The compounding effects (inbound enquiries, board interest, recruiter contact) build steadily from there.
Most engagements need only a modest, well-defined amount of your time: a short interview, draft reviews, the occasional recording. We absorb the rest.
Retainers run on a minimum initial commitment and are cancellable thereafter on reasonable notice. We’d rather have you only as long as the work serves you.
A focused strategy session that produces a working positioning brief; a voice intake that produces a written voice guide; and a roadmap for the opening phase.
Four stages, from discovery to compounding.
Every BrandEndorsers engagement runs in four stages (Discovery, Strategy, Execution and Compounding), each with clear outputs before the next begins.
Discovery.
Where we are now, honestly.
Every engagement starts with a structured discovery session. We capture your goals, your current footprint, the audiences that matter, and the gaps that have shown up over time. We follow this with an audit of how you currently appear (on Google, LinkedIn, in press, in third-party directories) so we’re working from data rather than impression.
By the end of week one, you have a written audit document and a starting hypothesis: positioning, audience, channels, and the leverage points that matter most.
Strategy.
A clear plan you could hand to anyone.
In weeks two and three, we sharpen the discovery hypothesis into a formal strategy. The output is a working strategy document (not a slide deck) covering positioning, audience, message hierarchy, channel plan, content pillars and an execution roadmap.
We test the strategy with you in a focused working session. The aim is for you to read every line of the strategy and recognise it as you, only sharper. If anything doesn’t fit, we change it before any execution begins.
Execution.
Profiles built, words written, placements secured.
From week four onwards, the strategy turns into actual deliverables. Depending on the engagement, this may include a fully rebuilt LinkedIn profile, a personal website, a published bio set, a series of long-form articles, podcast bookings, press placements, a Wikipedia submission, or any combination of the above.
We work in focused sprints with clear deliverables and review points. You see drafts before they go live; we hold the timeline. The vast majority of engagements move at the pace you can comfortably review.
Compounding.
Where the asset starts paying you back.
The hardest part of personal branding is staying on after the launch energy fades. Stage IV is where we run the engagement at a sustainable cadence: monthly reviews, ongoing content, fresh placements, regular tune-ups to assets, and ongoing reputation monitoring.
Done well, this is the stage where a personal brand starts to generate its own momentum: speaking invitations, board enquiries, recruiter contact, customer trust signals and press requests. In time the brand is doing real work in the background. From there, we move to a lighter retainer or step back entirely, whichever serves the client best.
Pick the pillar. We’ll build the brand.
